I immerse myself in complex, real-world challenges and design actionable strategies that drive digital transformation and modernization across public and private sectors. Rooted in human-centered design, my work bridges strategy and execution—helping organizations reimagine services, align teams, and deliver meaningful outcomes for the people they serve.
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, I create tangible design artifacts that clarify direction, build alignment, and address the needs of diverse stakeholders and users.
I’ve honed my expertise in service design, user research, experience strategy, and systems thinking, and have led design and research initiatives at Vee, Evolve Collaborative, Deloitte, and the Ontario Digital Service. Currently, I’m a Lead Service Designer at MO, where I guide clients and lead teams through digital modernization and organizational transformation efforts.
In my free time, I volunteer with the United States Digital Response (USDR), contributing to civic tech projects that help governments deliver better digital services to the public.
