I immerse myself in real-world challenges and drive transformation and modernization efforts across public and private sectors. My work bridges human-centered design and strategy in order to design government services that best serve the American public.
I’ve honed my expertise in service design, user research and systems thinking. Currently, I am a Service Designer and Team Lead at MO, where I support transformation teams and partners at Department of State to transform Passport services.
In my free time, I volunteer with the United States Digital Response (USDR), contributing to civic tech projects that help government entities deliver better digital services to the public.
